Construction Update: Riverview Manor and Presqu’ile Place

Manoir de Riverview

Construction at Riverview Manor and Presqu’ile Place continues to move forward with strong momentum, as both projects reach important milestones across their exterior and interior phases. At Riverview Manor, the superstructure is now complete, providing a solid backbone for ongoing work. Exterior cladding and waterproofing have been finalized in Divisions 1 through 4 and are progressing in Division 5, while exterior insulation continues across all areas. Window installation is now complete throughout the building, and exterior siding has begun in Divisions 1 and 2, adding to the building’s finished appearance. Masonry work is complete in Divisions 1 to 4 and ongoing in Division 5. Additional major milestones include completed roofing and poured balcony concrete, further advancing the building envelope and structural integrity.

Inside Riverview Manor, framing is complete on the first three floors across all divisions, with work continuing on the fourth floor. Electrical and mechanical rough-in is actively progressing on the first floor and has begun on the second floor, while sprinkler rough-in is underway on the fourth floor. Concrete topping has been completed on all levels, creating a strong base for interior finishes. Staircases have been installed throughout, with railing installation now in progress, and drywall installation has officially begun on the first floor, marking the transition into interior finishing stages.

Presqu’ile Place

At Presqu’ile Place, exterior work is also moving ahead, with membrane installation underway in preparation for brickwork and window installation continuing to close in the building. Inside, the lower level is seeing corridor drywall tops completed in key areas, while mechanical and electrical rough-in continues throughout corridors and suites. On Level 2, suite drywall work is progressing well, HVAC rough-in is extending through corridors into suites, and masonry block work is advancing from Wing A into Wing B. Level 3 is nearing completion of steel stud framing and door frames in both wings, with mechanical and electrical installations continuing in step with that progress.

Level 4 experienced a brief delay in concrete topping due to weather conditions, but completion is expected shortly, allowing work to continue without significant impact. On Level 5, structural progress is advancing with the start of parapet forming, ongoing roof slab installation, and the completion of the south roof hollowcore installation. Overall, both Riverview Manor and Presqu’ile Place are making steady and impressive progress, with teams across each site working collaboratively to maintain momentum and move closer to key upcoming milestones in construction and finishing.
