Construction Progress at Riverview and Presqu’ile Place
Riverview Manor
Riverview in Peterborough continues to progress steadily as this four-storey, 256-bed development led by Percon Construction moves further into its next phase. The superstructure, roof, windows, and much of the masonry and cladding are now complete, with remaining exterior work such as insulation and siding well underway. Interior construction is advancing floor by floor, with framing complete up to the third floor and nearing completion on the fourth, while electrical, mechanical, and sprinkler rough-ins continue across multiple levels. Concrete topping has been finished throughout, staircases are installed, and drywall work has begun on the lower floors, marking a clear transition toward interior finishes as site work, including roadways, continues.

Presqu’ile Place

At Presqu’ile Place in Brighton, the project is approaching a major milestone with the structural shell nearly complete and the final concrete pour for the north side set to finish the vertical framing phase. Exterior work is progressing with air barriers and stonework being installed, giving definition to the building façade. Inside, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical rough-ins are complete up to Level 3 and nearly finished on Level 4, while concrete floor toppings are being installed across Wings 3 and 4. Roof construction has begun with structural steel framing in place ahead of hollow core installation, and site servicing is advancing with sanitary connections complete and hydro infrastructure ongoing.
