I have been working at Woodland Villa for over 15 years and in that time, I have worked my way up from PSW, to maintenance and most recently became the Environmental Services Manager. The workplace culture that exists at Woodland Villa has always made it feel like home. Omni has always displayed a willingness to train their employees and to promote from within. I have worked at Omni since May of 2012 in many different roles. What I love most about working for Omni is the endless opportunity to explore different options throughout the company. My favorite part of my role at OMNI is that I am able to be a leader and set an example to others within the company that anything is possible. Bursaries and Education Programs

We invest in our Team members and offer extensive education programs and bursaries to support them in their growth to either advance their knowledge or help further their careers.

As part of our strategic planning process, we re-evaluate and update our Omni Education Program on a yearly basis and incorporate Team members’ feedback into the program to improve various professional development and training opportunities.

Scope of Practice Training

To ensure Team members have the right knowledge and skills to meet more complex care demands, we provide “Scope of Practice” training to enhance their front-line caregiver skills. “Scope of Practice” training provides both Registered and non-Registered staff with specific skills training in nursing techniques, IV and respiratory therapies, continence and advanced skin and wound care.
