I have been working at Woodland Villa for over 15 years and in that time, I have worked my way up from PSW, to maintenance and most recently became the Environmental Services Manager. The workplace culture that exists at Woodland Villa has always made it feel like home. Omni has always displayed a willingness to train their employees and to promote from within. The trust and integrity displayed by Omni has allowed me to feel supported and encouraged throughout my career, I love my job and wouldn’t change a thing.

I have worked at Omni since May of 2012 in many different roles. What I love most about working for Omni is the endless opportunity to explore different options throughout the company. I think this really shows how much Omni cares for their team members, they are always looking to assist in exploring new opportunities within the company. My favorite part of my role at OMNI is that I am able to be a leader and set an example to others within the company that anything is possible. It gives me complete joy knowing through my many roles and now as the administrator with Frost Manor that I am able to help improve the residents quality of life each and everyday through my work.

I have had the privilege to have mentors throughout my career with Omni Quality Living. The team at Home Office have always been very supportive and provided a lot of opportunity to myself and so many others in the company. I have worked at various other homes during my career, and I always find each team provides their own unique inspiration towards proving quality care for the residents of the home.
