Building with Purpose: Omni’s Ongoing Commitment to Growth

Omni Quality Living is entering a new chapter in its journey of providing care. This year, as we celebrate our 50th anniversary, we are proud to be expanding our reach and deepening our presence in communities across Ontario. Our recent developments reflect more than just physical growth; they show our ongoing dedication to improving access to quality long-term care.

Strengthening Communities Through New Developments

In 2025, Omni reached several key milestones that reflect its commitment to long-term care and support. Two new groundbreakings took place this year, for Riverview Manor in Peterborough and Presqu’ile Place in Brighton. Each of these residences will offer 256 beds and will be built to meet the latest standards in safety, comfort, and accessibility. These homes are designed to foster dignity, connection, and well-being.

Omni also welcomed Heritage House in St. Jacobs to its family of residences. With a strong history of personalized care and community trust, this home is now supported by additional resources and integrated operational systems that align with Omni’s values and vision.

In addition to new acquisitions, significant construction updates are underway at Almonte Country Haven, Country Terrace, and Village Green. These developments will bring expanded amenities such as therapy rooms, multipurpose spaces, and redesigned kitchens. All improvements are grounded in Omni’s goal to provide safe, inclusive environments where individuals in care can thrive and where care teams can continue to do their best work.

Aligning with Ontario’s Long-Term Care Goals

Omni is proud to support the Ontario government’s plan to create 58,000 new and upgraded long-term care beds across the province. Each of our projects is backed by research and community need, and we ensure to always look closely at where our homes can have the most impact. This means expanding in places where there is limited access to care, and where families want to keep their loved ones close.

This growth also helps reduce strain on hospital systems. Our homes offer the right level of care in the right place, allowing residents to live in comfort while receiving support tailored to their individual needs.

Looking Ahead with Optimism

Our growth in 2025 reflects 50 years of steady progress. Each new project is a step forward, guided by the same principles that have shaped Omni from the beginning. We believe in compassionate care, close community ties, and a focus on dignity and connection for every resident.

As we continue to grow, we are not only expanding our physical presence; we are strengthening our purpose. Omni will keep investing in people, places, and partnerships that support high-quality care. We look forward to sharing more updates as these new homes take shape and begin serving their communities.
