Proudly Canadian: Celebrating Canada Day Across Our Residences

At Omni Quality Living, we are proudly Canadian: not only in where we operate, but in the spirit, warmth, and care that define everything we do. With 29 residences across Ontario and New Brunswick, our roots run deep in the communities we serve, and this year’s Canada Day celebrations were a true reflection of that pride.

From coast to coast—or in our case, province to province—our teams went above and beyond to bring joy, connection, and celebration to the Omni residences.

Forest Hill: A Sweet Summer Tradition

At Forest Hill, we hosted our Annual Canada Day Strawberry Social, a long-standing tradition that brings everyone together over a quintessentially Canadian summer treat: strawberry shortcake with ice cream and fresh strawberry topping.

The weather couldn’t have been better, and it was heartwarming to see families gathered on the patio enjoying the sunshine, laughter, and their strawberry treats. The event was a beautiful celebration of both Canada and community.

Streamway Villa: Celebrating Canada and 50 Years of Caring

At Streamway Villa, Canada Day was a joyful and memorable occasion filled with celebration, connection, and Canadian pride. This year’s event was especially meaningful, as it also marked 50 years of providing compassionate care in the Cobourg community.

Residents, families, and staff came together to honour both our country and this incredible milestone. The day was filled with smiles, stories, and a strong sense of gratitude for the journey we’ve taken together – and the bright future ahead.

Heritage House: A Day Filled with Celebration and Pride

At Heritage House, residents and staff came together to mark Canada Day with true Canadian flair. The red and white spirit was alive and well, with decorations, music, and plenty of pride shared among all who participated.

It was a day filled with joy, laughter, and a shared sense of community – reminding us of the importance of connection and celebration in every stage of life.

Looking Ahead, Together

Across all our homes, the sense of unity and joy was undeniable. It’s these shared moments that remind us why we do what we do – creating spaces where people feel valued, connected, and celebrated.

To our residents, families, and dedicated staff: thank you for making this Canada Day so special. Here’s to continuing to grow, care, and celebrate together.
