Omni Quality Living Celebrates Success and Collaboration at Annual Forum
This September, Omni Quality Living hosted its much-anticipated annual forum at the scenic Deerhurst Resort in Huntsville, Ontario. Over three dynamic days, from September 4th to 6th, 150 of our staff members from various locations came together to delve into inspiring presentations, engage in meaningful discussions, and participate in entertaining social activities, all designed to foster collaboration and share best practices across our diverse team.

The forum featured a series of impactful presentations, each tailored to address the evolving needs and future directions of long-term care. There was a of topics including keynote presentations from Dr. Haniyeh Yousofpour on “Bridging Differences: Mastering Communication in Diverse Workplaces” and “From Burnout To Brilliance: How To Maximize Your Success & Well-being” by Shannon Talbot:
Social Events and Team Building
The highlight of the forum was the 50’s themed night on Thursday evening, complete with creative costumes, a variety of delicious food, and prizes that made for a lively celebration. This event, along with other gatherings during the forum, underscored the importance of building strong interpersonal connections among our staff, which translate into more cohesive and effective care teams.

The Omni Forum established a strong basis for our continued expansion in addition to commemorating our recent accomplishments.
