  • Long-term Care

Types of care and services provided: Long-term care and specialized care for individuals who have dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.

West Lake Terrace is a quaint, peaceful long-term care community that’s located on a beautiful acreage in historic Prince Edward County. As we overlook West Lake and Sandbanks Provincial Park, there are plenty of moments and scenic views for you to bask in a state of pure bliss. In addition to our wonderful location, what stands out the most about West Lake Terrace is the strong sense of community you immediately feel here. Between our team members, residents and amazing volunteers, there is a lot of fun and enthusiasm brought to our day-to-day, activities and events. Some regular excursions we plan for our residents include picnics, bus tours, fishing trips, and heading to the local fair.
