Heritage House is a 72 bed Long Term in Care Home in the village of St. Jacobs that offers private, semi-private and basic accommodations. With an open concept, all on one level this home our residents enjoy the large lounge and dining areas as well as a beautiful, outdoor and garden space.

At Heritage House we focus on individualized care that respects, supports and enables our residents to be as independent as possible.

  • Physiotherapy with an on-site physiotherapist weekly and a physiotherapy assistant daily 
  • Supportive Measures Specialist offering ongoing support to team members and residents 
  • Social worker services

Social and Recreational Activities

  • Monthly Residents’ Council meetings
  • Diverse and exciting activities planned throughout the year to celebrate the changing seasons, holidays and the lesser-known fun holidays such as “International Ice Cream Float Day”
