Frost Manor is a licensed long-term care community that has been accredited by Accreditation Canada. This home is located on a tree-lined residential street in the heart of Lindsay, Ontario. We are easily accessible by public transit but also offer convenient on-site parking to Residents and visitors.
We thoughtfully plan activities and events to encourage our residents to get more involved in the Lindsay community. Our social calendar is filled with events, such as sightseeing and other leisure opportunities offered through our recreational programs. We also plan regular shopping excursions, picnics, scenic boat trips along the Trent Canal, and bus tours to Haliburton (during the fall season). Our annual excursion to two local fall fairs is our community’s seasonal highlight and residents get a chance to show off their skills in baking and crafting.
We have a fantastic group of local volunteers who shares our commitment to creating a warm, positive environment for our residents. They actively participate in activities and events, which includes shuffleboard, summer barbecues, birthday celebrations, annual bazaars and dinners.
