Burnbrae Gardens offers long-term care and specialized care for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. Located at the edge of the town of Campbellford, our residence provides a beautiful, picturesque scene full of nature.

  • Single-level home with bright and modern design

  • Located within minutes of Campbellford Memorial Hospital 

Amenities & Services: 

  • Non-smoking environment 
  • 24-hour supervised care by registered staff 
  • Routine physician visits as well as weekly visits by their nurse practitioner 
  • Resident’s Council 
  • Pet therapy 
  • On-site hairdressing 
  • On-site social worker one day a week 
  • Physiotherapy services provided by Achieva Health 
  • Partnerships for dental, hearing, mobility needs, lab services and specialized foot care services

Health and Wellness Programs: 

  • Physiotherapy with an on-site physiotherapist weekly and a physiotherapy assistant daily 
  • Supportive Measures Specialist offering ongoing support to team members and residents 
  • Behavioral Supports Ontario (BSO) and Psycho-Geriatric Outreach team from PASE at the Peterborough Regional Hospital 
  • Individualized care for residents with Alzheimer’s or dementia
