Construction continues to make strong progress at both Riverview Manor and Presqu’ile Place, with key milestones being reached across each project.

At Riverview Manor, the building’s superstructure is now complete, along with roofing, window installation and exterior insulation. Cladding, siding and masonry work are nearing completion, while interior construction continues to advance with framing, mechanical and electrical rough-ins, drywall installation and staircase work progressing throughout the building. Site servicing and roadway construction are also moving forward, including the completion of the stormwater management pond and upcoming work on Langton Street.

At Presqu’ile Place in Brighton, major structural concrete, slab and precast installation work is substantially complete. Roof framing has been completed on Wings A and B, with work continuing on Wings C and D. Exterior waterproofing, masonry finishes and window installation continue to progress, while mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-ins remain active throughout the building. Firestopping has begun in completed areas, and hydro connections are underway, with full building power anticipated soon.

Overall, both projects remain on track, with exterior construction well advanced and interior systems continuing to take shape. These milestones mark important progress toward delivering modern, comfortable homes for future residents and the communities they will serve.
